Senior Analyst PMO Operations supporting the Transcend program at Johnson & Johnson in Zug, Switzerland. The role coordinates global ERP consolidation and governance activities in a hybrid setting.
This position provides operational support for the Transcend initiative, a global effort to standardize working methods and consolidate seven ERP systems into a single S/4 HANA platform for the Innovative Medicine division. The analyst focuses on program coordination, governance support, and cross-functional analysis across multiple regions and parallel releases.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for governance forums and support PMO operations throughout various program phases.
- Maintain integrated project plans and track RAID logs, change control, and updates through diligent documentation.
- Monitor schedule and scope performance, identifying variances and escalating risks via established governance channels.
- Create recurring status reports and dashboards that deliver accurate, actionable insights into program health.
- Track deliverables, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and smooth execution.
- Keep PMO documentation organized, accurate, and compliant with quality standards.
- Coordinate with Global Program Managers, Deployment Leads, and PMO teams to align priorities across workstreams.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings by recording key decisions, dependencies, and follow-up tasks.
- Build relationships with dispersed teams to foster collaboration, transparency, and effective communication.
- Provide analytical and operational support to resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure governance follow-through.
- Analyze PMO data and performance trends to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain metrics and visual summaries to report on PMO performance and resource needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- At least two years of proven professional experience.
- Ability to manage RAID logs, track schedules, and provide clear status updates on risks and issues.
- Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and support operational decision-making with actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and tracking applications.
- Knowledge of delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and change control principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and deliverables.
Nice to have
- Five or more years of experience in program management, PMO operations, project coordination, or business analysis, particularly supporting large-scale transformations.
- Certification in PMO, project management, or analytics.
