Completed training or proven professional experience as a landscape gardener, farmer, forest warden, or operations maintenance specialist (work service direction), or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in green maintenance and good plant knowledge.
High team spirit, commitment, reliability, and independent working style.
Good German skills in speech and writing.
Neat manners and a secure, friendly demeanor.
Driver's license category B.
Willingness to work on-call shifts and weekend assignments for public events.
