Aufgaben

• Care for private and HP patients in non-medical matters.
• Organize and fulfill the wishes and needs of private patients.
• Receive and see off private patients.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and support departments with complaints.
• Maintain a good working climate and optimal cooperation with all departments.
• Perform administrative tasks and manage/actively work with the CRM.

Anforderungen

• Completed training in hospitality or several years of professional experience in Guest Relations.
• Communicative, service-oriented, and sociable personality.
• Proficient in using modern IT infrastructure.
• Independent, reliable, and customer-oriented working style.
• Team player and flexible.
• Flawless German skills in speech and writing.
