• Support assistant physicians in all administrative matters on the ward.
• Assist with interventions and act as the key interface between nursing and medical staff.
• Handle acute geriatrics cases administratively and record relevant data in the system.
• Manage material supplies and ensure smooth processes.
• Represent team colleagues during absences.

Anforderungen

• Completed training as MPA EFZ.
• Professional experience in a similar environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Proficient with MS Office and KISIM.
• Networked thinking, solution-oriented action, and maintaining overview in hectic situations.
• Service-oriented, resilient, and enjoy working in a team.
