The Notariat, Grundbuch- und Konkursamt Thalwil is looking for a Notary Deputy to join a motivated leadership team of 19 colleagues. In this role, you will manage a diverse range of notary, land register, and bankruptcy matters while providing guidance and support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations regarding marriage and inheritance law.
• Draft and certify contracts related to corporate law, land register law, marriage law, and inheritance law.
• Prepare draft wills.
• Act as a substitute in the land register area and revise the land register.
• Manage bankruptcy proceedings.
• Perform leadership tasks.

Requirements

• Holder of a notary deputy certificate or a conditional notary certificate from the Canton of Zurich.
• Team-oriented, precise, and customer-focused.
• Quick comprehension, able to independently and competently answer complex legal questions orally and in writing.
• Has (first) leadership experience and enjoys taking on responsible tasks.
