The Evangelical-Reformed Parish of Zernez, situated in the heart of the Engadin with roughly 760 members, is seeking a Pastoral Substitute to join the team. The position can start immediately or at a mutually agreed time, with a workload ranging from 40% to 70%.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the parish council, staff, and volunteers to actively shape and develop the Christian community.
- Engage with members across all age groups within a tradition-bound, family-oriented, and outgoing community.
- Lead confirmation work as a primary focus of the ministry.
- Participate in regional partnerships and ecumenical cooperation efforts.
Requirements
- A strong enthusiasm for preaching and maintaining personal connections with people of all generations.
- The ability to actively shape the pastoral office through close collaboration with the parish board.

- Experience or a specific interest in focusing on confirmation work.
