The company is looking for a responsible nurse to join its day service team in the Winterthur area. In this position, the professional will provide ambulatory care directly in clients' homes, managing a workload between 40% and 100% while ensuring high-quality support without the need for weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan and carry out nursing visits within clients' private residences.
- Deliver individualized, resource-oriented care that maintains high quality standards.
- Execute medical directives and record nursing activities using electronic documentation systems.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, family members, and other medical specialists.
- Assist and guide clients in their daily routines and personal care needs.
Requirements
- Completion of nursing training (HF/FH), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or an equivalent recognized qualification such as a licensed nurse or health professional.
- Proven experience working in the Spitex (ambulatory care) sector is required.
- Possession of a valid category B driver's license.
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written, at a very good level.

- Proficiency in additional languages beyond German.
