Platform Engineer - Linux

Aufgaben

• Operate and further develop internal platforms end-to-end, from physical infrastructure to IaaS and PaaS levels.
• Administer, operate, and continuously develop internal cloud and platform infrastructure based on Kubernetes.
• Improve security, stability, performance, and maintainability sustainably.
• Automate and standardize consistently.
• Analyze complex disruptions and fix root causes, not just symptoms.
• Work closely with architecture, security, and engineering peers in the team as well as specialized teams across Netcloud.

Anforderungen

• Solid experience in Linux operation of complex environments.
• Several years of experience in automation and standardization (experience with Ansible, Terraform, GitOps or similar) and handling Git.
• Independent, structured way of working.

Von Vorteil

• Experience with Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Joy in platform operation and further development and ideally already know-how in network, storage and/or virtualization.
