Responsibilities

  • Ensure financial and procurement systems contain precise budgetary and expenditure records.
  • Analyze and consolidate financial data specifically related to IT costs.
  • Handle invoice reconciliation while adhering to established compliance protocols.
  • Generate budget and expenditure reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Gather and report metrics on sustainable IT initiatives and environmental impact.
  • Coordinate sustainability awareness efforts, working groups, and follow-up actions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and improve reporting processes.
  • Manage administrative tasks including purchase requisitions, procurement follow-up, and invoice processing.
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education.
  • At least four years of experience in administrative, financial support, or office coordination roles.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A service-oriented mindset with strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
