Responsibilities
Ensure financial and procurement systems contain precise budgetary and expenditure records.
Analyze and consolidate financial data specifically related to IT costs.
Handle invoice reconciliation while adhering to established compliance protocols.
Generate budget and expenditure reports for internal stakeholders.
Gather and report metrics on sustainable IT initiatives and environmental impact.
Coordinate sustainability awareness efforts, working groups, and follow-up actions.
Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and improve reporting processes.
Manage administrative tasks including purchase requisitions, procurement follow-up, and invoice processing.
Provide general operational and administrative support as needed.
Requirements
Completion of secondary education.
At least four years of experience in administrative, financial support, or office coordination roles.
Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel.
Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A service-oriented mindset with strong teamwork capabilities.
Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
