Aufgaben

• Support employees with special needs in their work.
• Manage setup, instruction, and control tasks for productive orders in mechanics.
• Gradually take over therapeutic/agogic tasks.

Anforderungen

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ.
• Some years of experience in machining manufacturing is ideal.
• Good knowledge of conventional machine tools (turning, milling, drilling).
• Enjoy working with people with disabilities.
• Organized, reliable, flair for productive work processes, and team player.
• Good oral and written German skills are a prerequisite.
