Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist in Zug to manage pricing logic, contract compliance, and master data integrity within the EP business unit.

The company is looking for a professional to oversee the accurate and compliant execution of contract, pricing, and master data processes. This position ensures data quality and operational efficiency while supporting sustainable business growth through rigorous system maintenance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of pricing hierarchies and business models to identify areas for process enhancement from negotiation to implementation.
• Review customer contracts for completeness, accuracy, and timely archiving, ensuring negotiated terms are implemented smoothly.
• Act as a Power User to maintain pricing and commercial data in corporate systems, ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Resolve price discrepancies and validate credit notes with clients.
• Calculate and generate one-time customer offers.
• Test and deploy digital tools for price offer calculations.
• Participate in scenario calculations for complex offers and monitor related contracts.
• Develop and implement controls to improve operational execution, data quality, and compliance.
• Update master data for healthcare professionals, customers, and products in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Handle user access requests and associated administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations, sales support, or master data management, ideally within MedTech or regulated sectors.
• Fluent German and professional-level English proficiency.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
