The company is looking for a skilled and adaptable Private Chef to support a private family in the Gstaad area. The role requires preparing meals for daily dining and special occasions, along with occasional service, driving, and coordination with household staff to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of meals, from everyday dishes to gourmet creations, adapting menus to dietary needs and guest preferences.
• Handle informal service tasks such as setting the table and washing dishes after meals to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Drive as required, including trips from Switzerland to the South of France, maintaining safe and professional standards.
• Support household operations by assisting with various tasks as needed.
• Care for the family’s pet in their chalet, ensuring its health and comfort.
• Work collaboratively with other household team members to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Private Chef in a private household, serving diverse culinary needs.
• Strong skills in gourmet cooking, daily meal preparation, and menu planning.
• Ability to manage informal-style service, including table setting and dishwashing.
• Prior experience in driving and chauffeur duties, with a focus on safety and professionalism.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, weekdays, and evenings.
• Comfortable caring for pets and ensuring their well-being.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
