Process Engineer BiMOS Backend 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Improve the capability and quality of bonding and welding processes using data analysis tools and designed experiments.
• Analyze production data to optimize performance, identify long-term trends, and prevent potential failures.
• Work on new automated production systems to improve production capacity and quality.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to maintain and improve production throughput.
• Collaborate on new product development by shaping the production process landscape and enabling volume manufacturing.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in an automated production environment, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quality-focused mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DoE, data analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and production statistics.
