Project Manager (m/f)

Stadlerrail seeks a Junior Project Manager in Białystok to oversee commercial and technical project delivery for its expanding power converter operations.

As Stadlerrail expands its power converter manufacturing to serve global production sites and external clients, this role ensures that assigned projects are delivered on time. The position bridges commercial and technical requirements, acting as a central point of coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, managing both commercial and technical elements.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, internal offices, and outside organizations.
• Track and control project budgets.
• Create project schedules and identify critical milestones.
• Provide support to engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Manage customer acceptance procedures.
• Report project status to management, including costs, schedules, and risks.
• Keep technical agreements and arrangements up to date.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Department on technical documentation.

Requirements

• Hold a higher education degree.
• Have at least one year of experience in project management or implementation.
• Demonstrate fluent spoken and written English skills.
• Be proficient with project management tools or systems.
• Show strong organizational abilities and a goal-focused approach.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Possess experience in communicating with clients.
• Execute tasks consistently and effectively.
• Be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
