The company seeks a Senior Project Manager for Architecture to lead construction projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders in Schaffhausen.
The role involves guiding clients through all phases of SIA service provision to deliver comprehensive consulting. The position is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with clients to understand their needs and involve them in planning and implementation.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, authorities, architects, and specialist planners.
- Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.
- Perform budget and cost calculations as well as offer management.
- Plan and monitor the progress of construction and ensure a smooth project progress.
- Regularly document and report on the status to internal and external responsible persons.
- Provide construction supervision / specialist construction supervision by arrangement.
Requirements
- Completed studies as an architect or similar specialization.
- Professional experience as a project manager in the construction industry, preferably in healthcare.
- Enjoyment of planning, organization and coordination of projects.
- Architectural and constructive understanding as well as imagination.
- Fundamental knowledge of planning and construction processes.
- Flair for numbers and knowledge in determining construction costs.
- Experience in cost estimation / tendering.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
