Responsibilities Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of Life Sciences clients. Lead end-to-end architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. Ensure architectural integrity and alignment with enterprise IT strategies and compliance requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA). Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct technology assessments and provide strategic recommendations for Salesforce platform adoption and optimization. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and roadmap planning with cross-functional client teams. Oversee the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices in development, integration, and deployment. Support change management and user adoption strategies. Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks. Define and enforce architectural standards, data security policies, and integration protocols. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and represent the company at industry events and Salesforce community forums. Requirements Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and consulting. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and integration patterns. Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in Life Sciences. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Nice to have Experience with Veeva CRM or other Life Sciences-specific Salesforce solutions. Proven experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, medtech).
