Eraneos seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect in Zürich to design scalable CRM solutions and guide digital transformation for clients in the life sciences sector.
This position focuses on shaping future-ready organizational structures by leveraging data, AI, and cybersecurity strategies. The role is central to helping clients navigate digital transformation within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
Responsibilities
- Create and blueprint scalable Salesforce CRM architectures aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee platform selection, integration, and implementation from an architectural standpoint.
- Translate complex business and technical needs into robust, future-proof Salesforce strategies.
- Provide expert advice on scalability, security, governance, and data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a CRM Architect or in a senior CRM leadership role, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
- Passion for driving digital transformation in the pharmaceutical or broader life sciences industry.
- Deep technical expertise combined with strong business acumen.
- Confident communication in both German and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Nice to have
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or other advanced Salesforce architecture certifications.
- Experience with GxP, regulatory compliance, and document or content management processes in Life Sciences environments.
- Certifications in leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
- A background in consulting, project management, or business analysis within the Life Sciences industry.
