Elca Informatik AG seeks a Senior Finance Consultant for Dynamics 365 F&O in Geneva. The role involves implementing solutions for Swiss and international clients, bridging business and IT needs.
This position focuses on implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for Swiss and major international clients. The consultant operates at the intersection of business and IT, leading or contributing to functional streams with a comprehensive end-to-end perspective.
Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in a functional stream, maintaining an end-to-end perspective and collaborating with other domain leads.
- Ensure the achievement of objectives within the assigned stream, focusing on scope, quality, and deadlines.
- Advise clients on optimizing their functional processes and assist in developing reporting and KPIs.
- Conduct business analysis and create concepts and specifications alongside specialists and suppliers.
- Design the solution, perform and support testing, and train key users.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales activities and manage tender procedures.
- Provide autonomous support for ongoing projects while coordinating with the project manager.
Requirements
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO for a functional specialty (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 within an IT service company.
- Experience in a functional domain, particularly Finance concepts and Project accounting.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Success By Design Framework or Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in SCN, IT, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Swiss or European Community citizenship, with the intention to reside in Switzerland or near the border.
