Alterszentrum St Bernhard in Wettingen seeks a part-time Service-Allrounder to support its dining and hospitality operations, ensuring high service standards for residents and guests.

The company is looking to reinforce its dedicated service team at its elderly care facility in Wettingen. The position focuses on maintaining smooth and professional service processes within the dining areas and supporting various hospitality tasks for both residents and external visitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage service workflows in the dining room to ensure a pleasant experience for residents.
• Offer professional assistance and advice in the Culinario restaurant and the cafeteria.
• Support the organization and execution of events for residents and outside guests.
• Strictly follow hygiene and quality protocols, including HACCP standards.
• Handle cash register operations, guest billing, and financial controls.
• Perform general restocking and cleaning duties to maintain facility standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in service roles with a high level of routine.
• Strong service orientation, characterized by communication skills and resilience.
• Professional demeanor, including neatness, friendliness, and composure.
• Flexibility to work across all seven days of the week as required.
• Very good proficiency in German.
