Developing system, solution, and integration architectures (Microservices, PaaS/IaaS, platforms) and accompanying implementation, integration, and operation
Creating transition/migration concepts (e.g., Monolith → Microservices), data migrations, and backward compatibility strategies
Conceptualizing security and operations architectures for security-critical solutions (e.g., PKI, HSM, high availability)
Defining and reviewing interface and integration solutions (synchronous and asynchronous) including API contracts and schema governance
Supporting the setup and operation of CI/CD pipelines and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm, ArgoCD)
Creating architecture documentation (ARC42 / HERMES / Confluence), prototypes, and necessary JIRA artifacts

Solid experience with Microservice design (DDD, Bounded Contexts, Event Storming)
In-depth knowledge in Enterprise Java (Spring / Spring Boot / JEE)
Experience with frontend technology Angular
Security know-how: Authentication/Authorization, IAM, PKI solutions, Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and network zone concepts
Integration expertise: SOAP, REST/JSON, gRPC, SEDEX; asynchronous integration: Kafka, Schema Registry, AsyncAPI, JMS/IBM MQ
Experience in the operation and monitoring of microservices (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm, ArgoCD)
Experience in architecture modeling and documentation (ARC42, UML, ERD)
Familiar with CI/CD/Build Tools: Maven, Nexus, Git
Experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
University degree in Computer Science or comparable training
At least 5 years of experience in the role as Software/Platform Architect (Senior)
Writing and speaking German fluently
