Store Agent (m/w/x)

The company seeks a Store Agent in Lucerne to advise customers, drive sales, and manage shop operations within a dynamic, international telecom environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate shoppers through engaging communication, tailored recommendations, and the promotion of various products.
• Foster lasting client connections while maintaining a welcoming and premium in-store experience.
• Assist clients with device repairs and service inquiries, providing professional and effective solutions.
• Monitor product inventory levels and manage routine administrative duties efficiently.

Requirements

• Finished vocational training in retail (EFZ) or a recognized equivalent qualification.
• Multiple years of hands-on sales background, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
• Fluent proficiency in German.

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond German.
