This position is designed for a university student to assist the team across marketing, operations, product, and internal processes. It suits individuals who enjoy diverse tasks, take ownership, and want practical insight into the daily operations of an AI startup.

Responsibilities

• Draft and publish content for LinkedIn, the company website, and newsletters.
• Design presentation slides and visual assets for demos and internal meetings.
• Ensure brand consistency and tone across all created materials.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential partners.
• Compile research results into concise briefs or slide decks.
• Assist in drafting and organizing internal documentation.
• Handle general administrative duties.
• Manage file organization and data entry tasks.
• Maintain structured internal tools and digital folders.
• Develop and adjust basic AI agents or workflows using available platforms.
• Evaluate AI features and record user feedback.
• Create and refine prompts for AI systems.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences.
• Native-level German proficiency.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong command of Office365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Practical experience with AI tools, including chat-based systems and automation platforms.
