Responsibilities

• Identifying candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and AI-assisted search.
• Creating target company lists and organizational charts.
• Penetrating markets.
• Maintaining data.
• Reviewing CVs and performing initial selection.
• Creating long and short lists.
• Managing CRM and customer data.
• Managing templates and clean processes.
• Writing LinkedIn and blog posts.
• Creating image material.
• Writing newsletters.

Requirements

• Student in economics, psychology, business administration, communication, data & analytics – or structured re-enterers.
• Accurate, fast, independent.
• Digital affinity, open to AI tools.
• Real joy in research and finding the right people.
• Discreet and reliable.
