Aufgaben

• Advise national and international customers with excellent service quality.
• Manage and present Sprüngli products with decorative flair.
• Receive customer orders and prepare them for pickup.
• Perform various leadership tasks, including organizing the daily routine and acting as a contact person for customers and staff.
• Manage ordering using MSB5.
• Plan personnel in coordination with the store manager.
• Create daily and monthly closing statements using TAVS.

Anforderungen

• Completed training in retail (preferably confectionery or food industry).
• Several years of sales experience.
• Initial leadership experience.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented.
• Professional appearance and good manners.
• Flexible regarding working hours (shift work between 5:45 and 21:30 and 2 to 3 weekend shifts per month).
