This position serves as a Country Contracting Specialist based in Zug, operating as an established individual contributor under moderate supervision. The role sits within the Sales Enablement function, specifically focusing on Contract Administration and Management to ensure efficient handling of customer agreements.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes data within the contract management system to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer and contract oversight.
- Manages contract administration workflows, identifying opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
- Executes pre-sale and post-signature support tasks, including handling due diligence requests, processing modifications, completing close-out activities, and responding to inquiries from contracted parties.
- Collaborates with business units, project teams, and cross-functional colleagues to verify compliance with and fulfillment of contractual terms.
- Conducts research and analytics to aid in offer development by applying product knowledge, business insights, and market trends.
- Provides coaching and guidance to junior team members regarding techniques, processes, and job responsibilities.
