Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the OR positioning team, supporting, advising, and qualifying around 16 employees.
• Ensure nursing, work, and process quality and smooth operations in daily OR activities.
• Provide technical leadership in complex positioning situations and actively exchange with the OR department management.
• Manage infrastructure, materials, and inventory, and actively participate in OR and shift operations.

Anforderungen

• Completed vocational training and a completed OR positioning specialist course.
• Leadership competence in healthcare or willingness to acquire it promptly.
• Several years of experience in the operating room area.
