Technology Procurement Intern

Richemont seeks a Technology Procurement Intern in Meyrin to support sourcing strategies for IT categories within a global luxury group.

This internship is part of the Technology Procurement function, reporting to the Head of Technology Procurement and the Technology Category Manager. The position assists Group Technology teams in refining and implementing sourcing approaches for advanced IT categories, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage category intelligence by conducting spend and risk analyses, identifying best practices, and tracking category performance.
• Maintain and update the list of preferred suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for value creation, such as rationalization efforts aimed at boosting efficiency and lowering costs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advise on optimal sourcing strategies and define technical or business requirements.
• Execute procurement activities in line with Group policies, including managing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and contract renewals.
• Negotiate total cost of ownership (TCO) terms, including pricing, conditions, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor compliance with negotiated contract terms throughout technology projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data and spend analysis, and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Currently enrolled in the fourth or fifth year of a Master’s program in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline.
• Possession of an active internship agreement (convention de stage) with an educational institution.
• Availability for a five-month internship beginning in September 2026.
• Willingness to work onsite in Meyrin, Switzerland.
