Technology Procurement Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Technology Procurement Intern in Meyrin to support IT sourcing strategies, category analysis, and supplier negotiations within a global luxury group.

This internship supports the Technology Procurement and Group Technology teams by optimizing and executing sourcing strategies for IT categories. The position reports to the Head of Technology Procurement and the Technology Category Manager, ensuring that procurement policies and global strategies are implemented effectively in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing category intelligence, including analyzing spend, assessing risks, and identifying best practices.
• Help maintain the preferred suppliers list.
• Suggest initiatives to create value, such as rationalization efforts that boost efficiency and lower costs.
• Contribute to improving reports on category performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to advise on the best sourcing approaches.
• Help define technical and business requirements while carrying out procurement actions in line with company policies.
• Negotiate optimal total cost of ownership (TCO) terms, including pricing, conditions, and service level agreements.
• Provide procurement support during technology projects, handling RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and contract renewals.
• Monitor compliance with negotiated terms.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a Master’s program in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline.
• Possession of an active internship agreement with your educational institution.
• Availability for a five-month internship beginning in September 2026.
• Willingness to work onsite in Meyrin, Switzerland.
