Roger Dubuis seeks a Manager to lead the Upstream Supply Chain Planning Tech Team within Richemont’s Operations & Services domain, driving digitalization and operational excellence in manufacturing.

Positioned within Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain under “Operations & Services,” this role supports Manufacturing Product Area teams. The position focuses on delivering technical solutions that enhance operational excellence for planning teams in a dynamic technology and business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a technical vision and keep the roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and product strategy.
  • Oversee an agile team of consultants responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting manufacturing solutions.
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to adopt best practices and acquire new technical skills.
  • Guarantee that all solutions adhere to established security and architecture standards.
  • Manage budgeting and capacity planning to fulfill initiative requests from the Maisons.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for integration topics with other internal teams.
  • Handle the full lifecycle of applications that support manufacturing planning, including analysis, design, deployment, and support.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or engineering background with a focus on Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing.
  • At least seven years of professional experience, preferably with consulting exposure, interacting with both industrial production and IT sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing the complete project lifecycle for Manufacturing ERP systems, from initial design to ongoing operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, covering design, deployment, support, budget tracking, and planning.
  • Fluent proficiency in both French and English.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a consulting role.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan and Data Analytics Platforms.
