Buhlergroup seeks a Warehouse Worker in Plymouth, CH, to manage inventory, operate equipment, and ensure smooth shipping and receiving operations.

This hands-on position supports daily warehouse activities by coordinating the flow of goods. The role is essential for maintaining an organized storage environment that enables efficient inventory tracking and retrieval. Team members collaborate to receive, sort, pack, and dispatch products while ensuring operational continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and process customer orders, including restocking shelves as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by unloading trucks and verifying merchandise.
  • Operate automated storage systems and powered industrial vehicles for loading and unloading.
  • Transport goods stored on pallets or in crates throughout the facility.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections, such as recharging forklift batteries and performing basic maintenance.
  • Prepare items for shipment by securely packaging materials and processing requests.
  • Inspect products to confirm they meet established quality standards.
  • Manage logistics through carriers like UPS, FedEx, or Traffic.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts when required.
  • Address ad-hoc tasks and miscellaneous projects as assigned.
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace at all times.
  • Adhere to a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with punctual attendance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience handling shipments via UPS and FedEx.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining equipment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, particularly SAP.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Commitment to safe working practices and habits.
  • Ability to cooperate effectively within a team environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience operating a forklift.
