International Logistics Coordinator

Bühlergroup seeks an International Logistics Coordinator in Plymouth, CH, to manage global shipments and optimize supply chain efficiency for mid-level professionals.

This position is responsible for the smooth and reliable delivery of customer orders worldwide. By ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality shipments, the role directly influences customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international freight movements using various transport methods.
• Maintain and develop partnerships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Monitor logistics performance and generate relevant reports.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, Procurement, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Warehouse operations.
• Determine optimal shipping routes based on required delivery timelines.
• Evaluate supply chain processes to recommend improvements that enhance service levels and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Three to five years of professional experience in international shipping, logistics, purchasing, or order fulfillment.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms, Harmonized Codes, and Schedule B Numbers.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and adjust complex multi-modal supply chain strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office software applications.

Nice to have

• A college degree.
• Prior experience working with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
