Logistics Project Coordinator

FAULHABER MINIMOTOR SA in Croglio, CH, seeks a mid-level Logistics Project Coordinator for a full-time onsite role. The position supports logistics operations and projects, manages WMS data, and assists in team training and process improvements.

The Logistics Project Coordinator supports the Logistics Manager in daily operations and logistics initiatives. This role ensures smooth project execution, maintains the accuracy of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and provides training and support to the logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics projects from start to finish.
• Manage daily tasks related to the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
• Create and maintain monthly logistics reports.
• Assist Logistics Team Leaders with daily operations and troubleshooting.
• Train and integrate new logistics staff into the team.
• Work with internal and external teams to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Travel occasionally to support logistics projects or operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP, especially the SAP Warehouse Management System.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven and proactive work style.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for logistics support.
• Fluency in Italian and English at B2 level.
