The company seeks a Mid-level Order Processing Officer to manage order fulfillment and shipping logistics for Southeast Asia, ensuring timely delivery and strong customer support.
This position is responsible for handling order processing and shipping arrangements specifically for the Southeast Asia market. The role supports the company's mission to balance economic growth with environmental and social responsibility by ensuring efficient logistics in the food, feed, and mobility sectors.
Responsibilities
- Process spare parts and service orders for the Southeast Asia region.
- Coordinate freight shipments with third-party logistics providers using various transport methods like courier, sea, air, or local trucking.
- Support internal teams and customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
- Monitor account receivables to ensure healthy credit performance.
- Handle trade instruments and shipping documentation, including letters of credit, D/P, D/A, and credit terms.
- Manage the return-of-material workflow.
- Address customer feedback, complaints, and service remedy requests.
- Ensure deliveries meet the requested dates.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing facilities and external suppliers.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain or order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SAP modules (SD, Stock, Procurement).
- Solid understanding of Incoterms and freight management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English.
