Global Supply Chain Drop-Shipping Agent

Coopers Group AG seeks a Global Supply Chain Drop-Shipping Agent in Rotkreuz to manage OEM orders, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely global deliveries.

This position focuses on the end-to-end management of OEM purchase orders and drop-shipping operations on a global scale. The role serves as a critical link between procurement and supply chain teams, ensuring that third-party suppliers meet delivery standards and that internal systems accurately reflect inventory movements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OEM purchase orders placed with international suppliers.
• Track product availability and delivery timelines, taking corrective actions with suppliers when necessary.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between procurement and supply chain departments regarding OEM orders.
• Handle supplier returns efficiently, initiating and managing the return process as needed.
• Process SAP inbound deliveries, including generating virtual goods receipts and issues upon shipping notifications to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor system alerts and interfaces, resolving any resulting messages or technical issues promptly.
• Lead the onboarding of new third-party suppliers, ensuring data, systems, and compliance documentation are in place for smooth integration into the drop-shipment workflow.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the logistics network for drop-shipment activities.

Requirements

• Basic education in a commercial or technical field, supplemented by studies in supply chain management, import/export, or related areas.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated background in order management, buying processes, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and suppliers.

Nice to have

• Prior experience within the Life Sciences sector, such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or medical devices.
• Familiarity with SAP SD and MM modules.
• Proficiency in analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
