Global Supply Chain Drop-Shipping Agent (m/f/d)

HHJ BAU GmbH seeks a Global Supply Chain Drop-Shipping Agent in Zug, CH for a freelance, on-site mid-level role. The position focuses on managing OEM purchase orders, supplier coordination, and SAP processes within a global healthcare supply chain.

This role operates within a global supply chain organization, supporting the worldwide delivery of healthcare products. The position provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end drop-shipment workflows and the management of international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OEM purchase orders with global third-party suppliers to ensure precise execution.
• Track product availability and delivery timelines, implementing corrective measures with suppliers when necessary.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between procurement departments and global supply chain teams.
• Handle returns to suppliers, ensuring reverse logistics processes are efficient and compliant.
• Process and confirm SAP inbound deliveries, including virtual goods receipt and goods issue postings.
• Monitor system alerts and interfaces, troubleshooting issues to maintain smooth system operations.
• Lead the onboarding of third-party suppliers, managing coordination, system setup, and compliance alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management processes.
• Proficient in SAP SD/MM and analytical tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
• Structured and independent working style with a high level of accountability and ownership.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Effective communicator, able to manage supplier and stakeholder interactions professionally.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and German.
