Bobst seeks a Customer Care Specialist in Thailand to manage service requests, coordinate field technicians, and handle administrative tasks within the Southeast Asia region.

This position serves as the primary entry point for customer services within the local Business Unit Service organization. The specialist reports to the SEA Customer Care Manager or Zone Service Director Southeast Asia, ensuring that all customer interactions and technical interventions are managed efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to clients and handle general inquiries.
  • Oversee new service interventions and track all requests until they are resolved.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and log daily activities in Salesforce.
  • Measure customer satisfaction levels and follow up with clients who are not fully satisfied.
  • Coordinate logistics and accommodation for field service technicians across the zone.
  • Schedule technicians and act as the liaison between customers and the technical team.
  • Process invoices for third parties and intercompany transactions.
  • Collect and consolidate Net Promoter Score (NPS) data for the region.
  • Update SAP customer databases and manage accounts receivable.
  • Prepare service quotations, orders, and invoices based on specific tariffs.
  • Consolidate data regarding overtime, occupancy, and absence hours.
  • Order uniforms and toolboxes for technical staff.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Collaborate regularly with internal departments and individuals.
  • Assist the Regional Service Director with travel arrangements and expense claims.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or science.
  • Two to three years of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
