We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Analyst to join our Swiss Analytics & Advisory Services (A&AS) Team based in Rotkreuz, Zug, Switzerland.

This is a unique hybrid role combining Analytics & Advisory Services client project work with Strategy & Business Planning responsibilities supporting the General Manager and the Swiss Leadership Team. The position offers a rare opportunity to combine advanced analytics, strategic consulting, business planning, and leadership exposure in one role.

Main Responsibilities:

As an Analyst, you will actively participate in the development, delivery, and management of Analytics & Advisory Services projects while also supporting strategic and business planning initiatives across the Swiss organization.

Analytics & Advisory Services

• Support multiple client engagements across topics such as Segmentation & Targeting, Sales Force Effectiveness, Market Assessment, Commercial Excellence, and Growth Strategy
• Handle IQVIA and client data assets, conduct quantitative analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Understand and communicate the “story behind the numbers” by identifying key business implications and opportunities
• Support project teams in delivering high-quality analyses, presentations, workshops, and client deliverables
• Contribute to the development of new analytical approaches, services, and product offerings
• Work effectively within the Swiss A&AS team and across the broader organization to ensure successful project outcomes

Strategy & Business Planning

• Support the General Manager and Swiss Leadership Team in strategic planning, business reviews, and performance tracking
• Prepare leadership presentations, business updates, decision documents, and strategic communications
• Support business planning processes and monitor progress against strategic priorities
• Contribute to the development of business cases, investment proposals, and growth initiatives
• Coordinate selected internal projects and support their implementation across the organization
• Assist with internal communications, leadership meetings, town halls, and business review forums

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in consulting, analytics, strategy, business planning, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large and diverse datasets to generate business-relevant insights
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and structure complex, unstructured business problems into actionable workstreams and recommendations
• Strong project management and prioritization skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn and take ownership beyond defined responsibilities
• Experience leveraging GenAI tools and AI-assisted development (“vibe coding”) to rapidly prototype solutions, automate analyses, and increase productivity is a strong advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English is required
• German language skills are highly preferred, while French is considered an asset

Reporting Line:

The role reports into the Swiss Analytics & Advisory Services Team, with a dotted line to the General Manager for Strategy & Business Planning responsibilities.
