Barista (20-40%)

Novu Campus AG seeks a Barista for its Zurich location to manage the coffee bar, prepare beverages, and enhance the community experience at the Circle coworking space.

This position focuses on delivering high-quality service at the Novu Campus Coffee Bar, located within the Circle coworking facility in Zurich. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the guest experience and integrating into the local community.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming environment for both coffee bar patrons and coworking members.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks along with light food items.
• Deliver attentive and friendly customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the coffee bar is fully stocked.
• Handle incoming deliveries.
• Provide support during events and in other operational areas as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a barista.
• Previous background in the gastro industry.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• A solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• A confident and professional demeanor.
• An open, communicative personality with a good sense of humor.
