Novu Campus AG seeks a part-time Barista for its Zurich location, focusing on guest experience within a community-oriented coworking environment.

This position supports a collaborative project at the Circle in Zurich that combines coworking, meeting facilities, and community areas. The Barista serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, playing a key role in shaping the overall guest experience and integrating into the local community.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
• Assist with event support and other operational tasks.

Requirements

• Demonstrated barista skills.
• Previous experience in the gastro industry.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• A solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Open, communicative personality with a sense of humor.
