Bartender - Barista

Strawberry AG seeks a Junior Bartender-Barista in Zermatt to deliver excellent guest experiences through drink preparation and customer service on a full-time, on-site basis.

This position focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors by handling customer interactions and beverage service. The role demands adaptability, as the successful candidate will work across various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a courteous and professional way, accurately recording orders and suggesting menu items to enhance their stay.
• Mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and individual customer requests.
• Track inventory levels to ensure the bar remains fully supplied with necessary ingredients and materials, reporting any deficits or equipment faults promptly.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace, including cleaning glassware, tools, and surfaces, while strictly following health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a bar environment.
