This position supports the bar team at Cinchona Bar, an independent concept focused on highballs and serving the local neighborhood. The role involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to provide guest service from opening to closing.
- Set up the bar for the shift and restore order after service ends.
- Maintain performance and focus during busy periods, even when physically demanding.
- Step in to assist, serve, and mix beverages wherever the bar needs support most.
Requirements
- Successfully finished a vocational program in hospitality or hotel management.
- Previous work experience in a bar environment.
- Strong interest in bar culture and the beverage industry.
