Responsibilities

• Advise and assist clients completely and individually in product categories for skincare, makeup, and perfume.
• Actively accompany clients during consultation and sell cosmetic products from globally known brands.
• Perform makeup applications or skin analyses when required by the sales process.
• Contribute to the branch's success by implementing predefined promotions.
• Strengthen Marionnaud's positive image by acting in the company's interest, increasing brand awareness, and acquiring new clients.
• Handle various administrative and organizational tasks, as well as typical branch activities (decorating, cleaning, inventories, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven sales skills and a validated professional training in retail.
• Relevant practical experience of several years in high-level sales and knowledge of the perfume/drugstore sector.
• Rigorous client orientation, conscientious beauty advice, and a sharp sense of communication.
• Ability to stimulate customer interest in our products, convince them to choose Marionnaud, and build loyal clientele.
• Neat presentation, passion for our industry, and new trends in makeup, skincare, or perfumes.
