Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s service standards.
• Engage customers with skincare expertise, offer personalized consultations, and maintain a welcoming, elegant counter environment.
• Deliver tailored skincare advice, demonstrate products, and perform luxury treatments to strengthen customer relationships.
• Represent the brand’s image through expert knowledge, storytelling, and flawless service delivery.
• Maintain perfect counter presentation, ensure adequate stock, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, or makeup.
• Demonstrated experience as a makeup artist.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a target-driven mindset.
• Fluency in both German and English, or French and English.
• Extensive background in the luxury cosmetics sector.
• High motivation, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
• Confident communication skills aligned with La Prairie’s brand values.
