Boutique Assistant Intern

Full-time internship at Richemont's Cartier boutique in Zürich, supporting daily operations and client service. Requires fluency in German and English, enrollment in a Luxury degree, and availability for Summer 2026.

This internship places you within the Swiss boutiques of Cartier, a luxury brand under Richemont. You will support the Zurich Boutique team with daily operations and client service, contributing to a seamless running of the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in maintaining smooth boutique operations.
• Handle client welcoming services.
• Manage daily boutique tasks, including stock management.
• Assist Sales Advisors with their daily routines.
• Ensure high-quality client welcoming and treatment.
• Build consumer loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Luxury.
• Able to provide an internship agreement.
• Available to start in Summer 2026.
• Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other Swiss languages.
