Roger Dubuis seeks a Strategic Projects Intern to support the CIO Office's Richemont Group initiatives. This full-time hybrid role in Meyrin requires a student available from September 2026 for a six-month term.
This position sits within the Strategic Projects team under the CIO Office for the Richemont Group. The intern will play a key part in driving critical group-wide initiatives, helping to establish and refine strategic functions while supporting high-level project execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of strategic projects, including setting scope, defining objectives, managing deliverables, and adhering to timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison for project communications, ensuring stakeholder expectations are clearly managed.
- Create detailed project reports that track financial data and measure performance metrics.
- Proactively identify project risks, formulate mitigation plans, and monitor the resolution process.
- Lead workshops and guide external partners regarding their roles, responsibilities, and working methodologies.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business or Engineering.
- Available to start a six-month internship in September 2026.
- Must possess a valid internship agreement from your educational institution.
- Demonstrate effective professional communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Ability to communicate in French.
- Background or proficiency in financial analysis.
