Roger Dubuis seeks a Program Management intern for its Client & Market PMO team in Meyrin, supporting a major transformation initiative starting April 2026.

This internship is embedded within the Client & Market PMO team under the Core Platforms Pole. The position plays a key role in supporting a significant company-wide transformation program, helping to structure, document, and execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to team members within the Core Platforms Pole of the Client & Market PMO.
  • Assist Senior Program Managers in preparing and executing program initiatives.
  • Help structure and document the major Transformation program.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by updating and maintaining project documentation.
  • Suggest and organize team activities to enhance collaboration.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a master's program or recently graduated from a Business or Engineering School.
  • Strong proficiency in both English and French.
  • Availability for a 6-month internship starting in April 2026.
  • Eligibility for an internship agreement.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite.
