Responsibilities

  • Create and review functional concepts for E-Banking features and related systems.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with specialists, business stakeholders, and process owners.
  • Ensure high-quality requirements through validation and acceptance testing.
  • Support pilot phases and migration projects for new solutions.
  • Contribute to release communication, including newsletters, web content, and internal updates.
  • Help ensure smooth coordination between business, IT, and operations.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience working in projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, independent, and structured way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and interest in collaborative environments.
  • Basic IT understanding and interest in digital products.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SQL (basic queries).
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience working with digital banking or customer portals.
