• Analyze business requirements: planning and structuring the analysis in your area of responsibility.
• Conduct inspiring requirement workshops with modern methods.
• Question and optimize the Salesforce solution to ensure maximum impact.
• Document and communicate: recording requirements and modeling efficient target processes.
• Define clear functional requirements.
• Create structured test plans and practical test scenarios.
• Identify and communicate functional risks.
• Organize and conduct tests and accompany commissioning.
• IT support and further development.

Anforderungen

• Higher education (University, ETH, FH or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector.
• Understanding of requirements in the development environment.
• Knowledge in AGILE projects.
• Ability to identify and implement concrete solutions.
• German C2
• Fluent English
