Business Process and Operations Officer (M/F)

Michael Page seeks a Business Process and Operations Officer to optimize end-to-end workflows, manage projects, and align systems with operational practices in a collaborative on-site role in Switzerland.

Reporting to a senior manager within the operational excellence team, this position focuses on designing, refining, and implementing business processes. The role bridges project management, business analysis, and change management to ensure that systems, data flows, and daily operations work in harmony within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with clear deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track project progress, spot potential risks, and help implement mitigation strategies.
• Create materials for governance meetings to aid decision-making.
• Evaluate current processes to find inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Write process documentation, workflows, and business requirements documents (BRDs).
• Maintain consistency across processes, policies, and technical systems.
• Work with IT teams on system design, integration, and data flow management.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Support initiatives focused on data quality and process consistency.
• Help develop change management strategies and communication plans.
• Create user guides, communications, and facilitate workshops.
• Assist in the adoption and integration of new processes into daily operations.
