Business Process Owner Network Strategy

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Business Process Owner for Network Strategy in Zug or Titusville. The role manages process architecture, governance, and decision support tools to advance the company's healthcare vision.

Positioned within the Project/Program Management Group, this role is dedicated to realizing Johnson & Johnson’s vision of a future where disease is a thing of the past. The incumbent will oversee network strategy processes, ensuring that governance, data, and strategic tools are maintained to support global supply chain objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall architecture of the PPNS process, including annual updates and continuous improvement efforts.
• Evaluate and document current PES processes, defining key inputs, outputs, and role responsibilities.
• Lead the Network Sourcing Council (NSC) governance, facilitate monthly meetings, and ensure SharePoint and KPIs are regularly updated.
• Maintain and improve both public and internal PPNS SharePoint sites.
• Execute project and portfolio management tasks in Planisware, collaborating with platforms during business planning cycles.
• Partner with the IMSC PMO to drive process enhancements.
• Own core PPNS strategy processes, including network refresh, RACI, Site Direction Day, signal roadmap, and the Decision Support Tool.
• Serve as the end-to-end owner for the product portfolio and network strategy decision support tool, ensuring governance and data quality.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for ad hoc initiatives, assessing project feasibility.
• Foster partnerships with other supply chain functions through structured engagements and data sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement of team playbooks and templates to enhance accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or university degree.
• At least four years of experience in planning, operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI, with solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build partnerships across organizational boundaries.
• Capacity to lead and prioritize multiple initiatives while working across teams.
• Experience managing complex, interdependent projects in a matrix environment.
• Ability to translate trends and insights into functional implications.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Planisware, scenario analysis, or similar processes.
• Industry background in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience working with biologics.
• Familiarity with financial tools for business case valuation, such as NPV analysis.
